COVID – 19 UPDATES
During COVID 19 LMST starts various activities for their members to ensuring their rights in this situation. COVID 19 affected many informal workers. Many basics services affected during COVID lockdown specially their social security, food security, health and sanitation, LMST started some support related work during this lockdown for unorganized sectors
ACTIVITIES DURING PANADEMIC
- In collaborative support from UNICEF, ILO, IFAD, GLOBAL FUND FOR WOMEN
- Distribute 3500 ration packets in Raibareilly, Barabanki and Lucknow.
- Distribute 200 food packets in Raibareilly, Barabanki, Lucknow
- Our members stitching face mask to prevent this pandemic.
- Distribute 8000 face mask at community level free of cost
- Created WhatsApp group for updates regarding COVID-19 in all districts.
- Online linkages with various government schemes
- Create awareness regarding crop yields to maintain the social distancing.
- Create awareness regarding COVID-19 through poster, banner, Video clips and audio message.
- Farming registration as per Govt. announcement
- Provide online information regarding agricultural activities.
